This comprises of a guide, methodology, tools and good practices. Its objective is to link Change Management activities to the phases, stages or process groups as well as typical management activities of projects (Initiation and Planning; Acquisition; Execution; Implementation; Closing and the post-project phases).
HCMBOK® supports all existing project management methodologies and guides which often only focus on scope, cost, schedule, and quality without addressing one of the key factors for the success of any project - human factors.

launching into the delivery of communication. Understanding your stakeholders is key to ensure a communication plan is

o We work with organisations to either integrate HCMBOK® into their current Change Management methodologies or we facilitate the
implementation of HCMBOK® into Project environments.
